Russell “Rusty” Saxon of Accessible Outfalls is under contract with the Town of Jamestown to inspect and perform maintenance on the Jamestown’s sanitary sewer outfall pipe and public easements. He works to maintain a clear easement for access of town equipment for inspection and emergency action. Mr. Saxon is permitted right of entry to any public easement under the direction of the Public Services Director.
