Town Council Meeting- May 21st

The Town Council will have their regular meeting on May 21st at 6:00 pm in the Civic Center at Town Hall (301 East Main Street). The public is invited to attend.

The Town Council will hold a public hearing at the meeting for the consideration of an amendment to the zoning ordinance. The proposed amendment is as follows:

• To rezone approximately a 1.7 acre portion of a 4.56 acre parcel from Residential Main Street Transitional (RMST) to Conditional Zoning-Residential Main Street Transitional (CZ-RMST) for the property located at 100 near Lennox Drive (Parcel #160267).

A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Town Clerk's office for inspection by all interested citizens.

The preliminary budget for the Town of Jamestown has been presented to the Town Council. It is available for public inspection at Town Hall from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Town Council will hold a public hearing at the May 21st meeting for the purpose of discussing the recommended budget for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
